먼저 14일 동안 모든 기능을 무료로 써 볼 수 있습니다. 그래도 구매한 뒤 마음이 바뀌면 돌려드립니다.

환불 기준

• 구매 후 14일 이내: 이유를 묻지 않고 전액 환불합니다.
• 14일이 지난 뒤에도 프로그램 결함으로 쓸 수 없고 저희가 고치지 못하면 환불합니다.
• 환불되면 그 라이선스 키는 더 이상 쓸 수 없습니다.

신청 방법

결제 영수증 메일의 거래 번호(txn_…)와 함께 jhshim0810@naver.com 으로 보내 주세요. 영수증 메일에 있는 Paddle 링크(paddle.net)에서 직접 신청할 수도 있습니다. 보통 영업일 3일 안에 처리하며, 환불 금액은 결제한 수단으로 돌아갑니다(카드사에 따라 5~10일).

You can try every feature free for 14 days first. If you buy and change your mind, we refund you.

Terms

• Within 14 days of purchase: a full refund, no questions asked.
• After 14 days we still refund if a defect makes the product unusable and we cannot fix it.
• A refunded licence key stops working.

How to ask

Email jhshim0810@naver.com with the transaction number (txn_…) from your receipt, or use the Paddle link (paddle.net) in the receipt email. Requests are usually handled within 3 business days; the money returns to the original payment method (5–10 days depending on the card issuer).
